The working principle and classification of vacuum cleaners

1. Working principle

The principle of dust suction is to generate a certain vacuum inside the dust box through high-speed rotation of the motor. Due to the presence of negative pressure, dust is sucked in through methods such as floor brushes and nozzles inside the box. Moreover, the incoming air is filtered layer by layer and then discharged from the motor outlet to complete the dust removal work.

2. Classification of vacuum cleaners

According to their different usage scenarios, straws can be divided into horizontal straws, barrel straws, vertical straws, barrel straws, and portable straws.

(1) Horizontal suction tube

In the past, horizontal vacuum cleaners were a very common style of home vacuum cleaner. There are two wheels on the body, just like a car lying on the ground. Its work efficiency is high, the suction force is large, the suction head is flexible, and the noise is relatively low. But when cleaning, the dust collector needs to be pulled up and walked together, which is not very convenient to use. And all of them are wires, requiring a power supply anywhere.

(2) Bucket vacuum cleaner

Bucket shaped straws are widely used commercial straws for cleaning in public places such as hotels, restaurants, and office buildings. Its advantages are large capacity, high power, good dust absorption, and water absorption function. But noise is also important.

(3) Vertical pipette

In households, traditional vertical range hoods are not common, but they are the most popular range hoods in European and American countries. It has a large suction force and does not require bending, making it convenient to switch between carpet and floor brush heads. Cleaning the carpet is quite thorough. The vertical vacuum cleaner needs to be plugged in to use, and the weight of the body is all placed on the push rod. If there is a large space at home, dragging back and forth for a long time can be very tiring, and the noise is also quite loud.

(4) Push rod vacuum cleaner

In terms of appearance, the push rod vacuum cleaner is closer to a vertical vacuum cleaner, but its volume is lighter. The push rod vacuum cleaner is a wireless type, characterized by smaller volume and convenient use. The charging design can make it free to swing off the wire system, allowing users to clean the room more freely. But wireless vacuum cleaners have one drawback, which is their battery life. At the same time, its suction will also be smaller than the horizontal. But now many manufacturers are putting in a lot of effort on wireless vacuum cleaners to improve their battery life and suction power. This wireless push rod vacuum cleaner is also becoming increasingly popular among consumers.

(5) Portable vacuum cleaner.

A handheld straw is also a wireless straw, mainly used to clean corners, straws, and for car use. Of course, the most important function is to deal with mites on the bed. This is a cheap and compact suction laptop. Because most push rod straws can be converted to handheld straws, the functionality of these handheld straws is relatively weak and is more commonly used for vacuum cleaning in cars.
